TROUBLESHOOTING

Solutions
‡ Check the dental unit connection
‡ Check the state of the o-rings of the turbine connection
‡ Connect the unit to the dental unit (be careful, the powder chamber must be empty)

‡ Send the complete unit to an approved EMS repair center
Cut immediately the air input by releasing the foot pedal
‡ Wait for 1-2 minutes for the system to decompress
‡ Disconnect the unit from the dental unit
‡ Press the foot control pedal of the dental unit
‡ If no air comes out of the turbine connector, it is your dental unit that causes the problem
‡ If air comes out of the turbine connector, it is the device that causes the problem
‡ If air comes through the handpiece connector, the handpiece is blocked.
‡ Clean the handpiece with the EasyClean
‡ Unscrew the cap above the wash-hand basin, because the powder can be ejected.
‡ A sealed apparatus, even disconnected, can indeed remain under pressure
‡ Empty the powder chamber and screw the cap back on
‡ Connect the unit to the dental unit (be careful, the powder chamber must be empty)
‡ Press the foot control pedal of the dental unit
‡ If no air comes out of the handpiece connector, the unit is blocked
‡ Send the complete unit to an approved EMS repair center
‡ Check the seal and the cleanliness of the thread on the powder chamber and on the cap
‡ Replace the seal or the cap if necessary
