4. Press the C button; FREQ OFF appears on the display. If FREQ ON is already displayed, skip Step
5.
5. Press the B button to switch to FREQ ON.
6. Confirm the setting by pressing the A button briefly twice. (The watch is now back in Time Display
Mode)
Your watch is now ready to pick up radio signals. Reception of the correct time can be initiated as fol-
lows:
• Immediate reception:
- Press and hold the D button until RC! is shown on the display.
- The antenna icon will flash; if reception is sufficient, 3 bars above the antenna icon will additionally -
-flash.
- If reception is not sufficient, change your location.
- If reception is deficient, ERR is displayed after a short while.
- If reception is successful, the reception antenna icon is displayed as well as (briefly) OK.
• Automatic reception: Takes place automatically during night time, starting from 2 a.m.
• Manual setting: See operating instructions Sec. 16 'Setting the time of day manually'.
