2. Use your right hand to turn the rib side of the belt up and pull upwards while
turning the anger pulley counterclockwise with your left hand. The belt can
be easily removed from the pulley. (Fig. 16)
3. Put the belt on the drive pulley first and then place the belt at the lower end
of the anger pulley. (Fig. 17)
4. Use right hand to press the belt with ribbed side down. (Fig. 18)
5. While holding the belt down with your right hand use your left hand to urn
the anger forward so that the anger pulley rotates in a clockwise direction.
