USB operation


If your USB storage medium is not recognised right after connection, please remove it and reconnect
it.
• Press button  (2) to start playback from the USB storage medium.
• Set the volume of your MP3 player by pressing and holding the buttons    / VOL.+ (4)
or   / VOL.- (3) so that the sound is not distorted but as loud as possible.
• Press the button   / VOL.- (3) shortly to play back the previous title.
• Press the button   / VOL.+ (4) shortly to play back the next title.
• Press the button  (2) during playback to interrupt playback. Press the button again to continue playback at
the position where playback was stopped.

Only USB storage media can be operated at the USB socket. MP3 players with a USB port usually
switch into PC mode when this port is connected. In this mode, music files cannot be played.
However, you may connect the audio output of your MP3 player to AUX (17) port with a suitable adapter
cable.

Volume and sound settings

• Turn the control VOL.1 (10) clockwise to increase the volume of the integrated speaker or counter-clockwise to
decrease it.
• Turn the control VOL.2 (14) clockwise to increase the volume of the external speaker or counterclockwise to
decrease it.
• Control the sound with teh TREBLE (8) and BASS (9) controls.
TREBLE increases or dampens high frequencies.
BASS increases or dampens deep frequencies.
