• Guide the mains connection cable through the rubber seal. Make a small cut in it so that the mains connection cable
can be pushed through the rubber seal.
• Attach the wall holder to a vertical, level wall.
Use screws or dowels according to the wall. Ensure that no cables or lines are damaged when drilling and screwing.
Always ensure correct placement of the wall holder. The cable aperture must point downwards!
• Loosen the tension relief (turn out 2 screws inside the wall holder).
• Strip the cable. The three lines of the mains connection cable are
connected to the respective screw terminals:
Brown line = L, Phase
Blue line = N, neutral conductor
Green/yellow line = PE, earth conductor
• Reattach the tension relief to fixate the mains connection cable.
• Open the battery compartment inside the device; see figure on the right.
• Insert 4 type AA/mignon batteries (observe plus/+ and minus/-; see labels in the
battery compartment).
All display segments are briefly displayed on the LC display (11); then four
dashes are displayed. The surveillance camera is now in standby mode.
If the SD memory card has no "LIGHT" directory, it is formatted and the directory
is set up. All videos will later be placed in this directory.
If no SD memory card is inserted, a warning sound is emitted for 10
seconds. This is repeated hourly.
• Close the battery compartment again by attaching the battery compartment
cover and letting it catch.
For safety reasons, the battery compartment is inside the device. To replace the batteries later, the mains
voltage must be switched off at all poles. Then the attachment screws (5) must be loosened and the front
part of the surveillance camera removed.
Please observe that the service life of the batteries is only approx. one hour without mains voltage. After
installation of the product, the mains voltage should therefore be switched on as early as possible!
This construction was chosen on purpose so that the batteries cannot be removed without greater effort.
Unauthorized presence in the monitored area therefore is not possible for a certain time even if the mains
voltage is switched off. The PIR motion detector will continue to trigger and the camera records the video.
Operation of the halogen lamp is, of course, not possible in battery operation.
