2. Prescribed use

The "WS55" is a high quality temperature measuring system which can receive per radio,
process and display a big number of temperature/air humidity data.
As temperature sensors, various sensors can be used:
• Pool thermometer "PS55" (water temperature)
• Combi sensor "KS555" (temperature and air humidity)
• Combi sensor "KS222" (temperature and air humidity)
• Radio temperature sensor "S555IA" (temperature)
• Radio temperature and air humidity sensor "ASH555" (temperature and air humidity)
A total of up to 9 of these sensors can be registered at the base station (e.g. 1 x "KS555" + 8
further sensors).
In addition, a temperature and air humidity sensor for measuring the indoor temperature and
the indoor air humidity is integrated in the base station.
The manufacturer does not take on responsibility for incorrect displays, or measured values
and consequences which may result from it.
The product is intended for private use, it is not suitable for medical purposes or for informing
the public.
The components of this product are not a toy. Operate all components in a way so that they
are out of reach of children.
The product is operated via batteries. All outdoor sensors transmit their data via radio at
868MHz bandwidth (range up to 100m in free field) to the base station.
Any use other than the one described above may damage the product and there are also other
possible dangers.
Read these operating instructions thoroughly and carefully, they contain a lot of important
information for installation, operation and handling.
