SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS :

The following warnings are integral and essential to this product. They must be provided
to the user. Read these warnings carefully. They contain important information on the
installation, use and maintenance of this product. Keep this manual in a safe place and
provide it to any subsequent persons who use or install this product. Installing or using
this product incorrectly could result in severe damage, injury or death.
• Installation instructions :
• The system must be installed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable local,
regional, national and European standards. • This product must be used, wired and adjus-
ted in accordance with standard practices. • Do not dispose of the box, plastic, polys-
tyrene, and other packing materials in the environment. Keep them out of the reach of
children as they present a possible hazard. • Do not install the product in environments
where there is a risk of explosion or disturbance from electromagnetic fields. • The
presence of gas or flammable fumes is a severe safety hazard. • The manufacturer
declines all responsibility in the event systems and / or components that adversely affect
the product's integrity, safety or operation are installed. • Only original spare parts must
be used to repair the product or replace any parts. • The installer must provide all infor-
mation on operating, maintaining and using each part and on the entire system itself.
• Recommendations for optimal operation :
• Position the receiver between 1.50 m and 2.50 m above ground level. • Do not install
the receiver close to or on a metal surface. • Always check that the receiver code corres-
ponds to the transmitter code.
• Maintenance :
• The correct operation of the product can only be guaranteed if it is maintained by
qualified personnel in line with the schedule set out by the installer and the manufacturer
and in accordance with applicable standards. • Installation, maintenance, repair and
cleaning procedures must be documented and kept by the user for reference by qualified
technicians performing the above tasks.
• Warnings for users :
• Read these instructions and the enclosed documentation carefully. • The product is
intended for the use for which it was expressly designed (e.g. this wireless chime must be
used in a residential or private setting to enable visitors to signal their presence). Any
other use shall be considered potentially hazardous. No modifications are permitted
except as indicated in the manual. • The information in this manual is provided as gui-
dance for using the product and may be subject to change without prior notice.
CFI declines all responsibility. Keep the products, systems, documentation and everything
else out of the reach of children. If the product fails to operate correctly or if servicing or
cleaning are needed, disconnect the power supply and contact a qualified technician to
perform the task. Failure to comply with the above instructions may result in serious
hazardous situations.

• Used batteries must be replaced with new batteries of the same or equivalent type as
