Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Gasbrenner erzeugt eine verstellbare Flamme mit einer Temperatur von bis zu 1300°C. Ein
Piezo-Zündmechanismus ist eingebaut.
Die Gasmenge ist am Gasbrenner einstellbar und dadurch universell einsetzbar.
Der Gasbrenner dient zum Hart- oder Weichlöten. Außerdem können damit brennbare und unbrenn-
bare Materialien erhitzt werden.
Der Gasbrenner darf nur mit Feuerzeuggas (ISO-Butangas) befüllt und betrieben werden.
Der direkte Kontakt mit Wasser ist unbedingt zu vermeiden! Eine andere Verwendung als zuvor
beschrieben führt zur Beschädigung dieses Produktes, darüber hinaus ist dies mit Gefahren, wie z.B.
Brand etc. verbunden.
Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht geändert bzw. umgebaut werden!
Die Sicherheitshinweise sind unbedingt zu beachten!

Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachten der Anleitung verursacht werden, erlischt der
Garantieanspruch! Für Folgeschäden übernehmen wir keine Haftung!
Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen und/oder Verändern des
Gerätes nicht gestattet.
Lassen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos liegen. Dieses könnte für Kinder zu
einem gefährlichen Spielzeug werden.
Gasbrenner und Feuerzeuggas-Behälter gehören nicht in Kinderhände. Bewahren Sie
solche Produkte für Kinder unzugänglich auf.
Gasbrenner enthalten Butangas. Sie müssen daher von Wärmequellen, Hitze- und
Sonneneinwirkung (>40°C) ferngehalten werden.
Befüllen Sie Gasbrenner ausschließlich mit handelsüblichem Feuerzeug-Gas und nur in
gut belüfteter Umgebung. Vermeiden Sie dabei offene Flammen (Explosionsgefahr!).
Beachten Sie beim Befüllen die Sicherheits- und Bedienhinweise des Feuerzeuggas-
Herstellers.
Gasbrenner dürfen nur im abgekühlten Zustand befüllt werden.
Unterbrechen Sie den Befüllvorgang sofort, wenn Gas austritt. Es können explosions-
fähige Gas-Luft-Gemische entstehen. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Raum ausgiebig
gelüftet wurde, bevor Sie Gasbrenner oder andere Zündquellen zünden.
Entfernen oder öffnen Sie Befüllventile nicht, um Gas ausströmen zu lassen.
Gehäuse von Gasbrennern dürfen nicht geöffnet, beschädigt und nicht in Feuer oder
offene Flammen gehalten werden! Explosionsgefahr!
Setzen Sie den Gasbrenner keinen mechanischen Beanspruchungen aus. Der Gastank
könnte ansonsten undicht werden (Feuer- bzw. Explosionsgefahr!).
Versuchen Sie nicht, den Gasbrenner zu reparieren. Sollte der Gasbrenner beschädigt
oder defekt sein, so entsorgen Sie ihn ordnungsgemäß.
Beim Zünden und während des Gebrauchs den Gasbrenner von Körper und Kleidung
fernhalten.
Entzünden Sie damit niemals flüssige oder gasartige Brennstoffe (z. B. Benzin, Spiritus,
usw.).
Halten Sie den Gasbrenner immer so, dass der Flammenaustritt von Ihnen weg zeigt.
Zünden Sie die Flamme immer nur für ca. 15 Minuten, da sich ansonsten das Gehäuse
des Gasbrenners zu stark erhitzen kann (Verbrennungsgefahr!).
Gasbrenner dürfen nicht in Bereichen betrieben, befüllt und gelagert werden, wo explo-
sive, leicht entzündliche Materialien, brennbare Gase, Dämpfe, Stäube bzw. brennbare
Flüssigkeiten (Lösungsmittel, Alkohole, Benzine usw.) vorhanden sind oder vorhanden
sein können. Es besteht Explosions- bzw. Brandgefahr!
Schützen Sie den Gasbrenner vor Verunreinigungen und Feuchtigkeit.
Fassen Sie während und nach dem Betrieb niemals die Brennerdüse an. Verbrennungs-
gefahr!

Inbetriebnahme
Der Gasbrenner wird aus Sicherheitsgründen unbefüllt geliefert.
Zur ersten Inbetriebnahme müssen Sie den Tank des Gasbrenners mit handelsüblichem
Feuerzeuggas befüllen.
Befüllen des Gastanks
Der Gasbrenner darf nur mit Feuerzeugbutangas (ISO-Butangas) befüllt und betrieben
werden. Befüllen Sie den Gastank nur in gut belüfteter Umgebung und vermeiden Sie
dabei offene Flammen. (Explosionsgefahr!)
Der Gasbrenner darf nur im abgekühlten Zustand befüllt werden.
Zum Befüllen gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
• Drehen Sie den Gasbrenner auf den "Kopf", so dass das Füllventil (5) nach oben zeigt.
• Setzen Sie die ISO-Butangasflasche (wenn nötig mittels eines geeigneten Adapters) auf das
Füllventil (5). Drücken Sie nun die ISO-Butangasflasche vertikal nach unten. Das Gas strömt nun in
den Gastank des Gasbrenners. Der Füllvorgang dauert ca. 2-3 s.
Unterbrechen Sie den Vorgang sofort, wenn Gas beim Befüllen austritt. Es können
explosionsfähige Gas-Luft-Gemische entstehen. Achten Sie darauf, dass der Raum
ausgiebig gelüftet wurde, bevor Sie den Gasbrenner oder andere Zündquellen zünden.
• Warten Sie nach dem Befüllen einige Minuten, bevor Sie den Gasbrenner in Betrieb nehmen, damit
sich die Gasfüllung stabilisieren kann.
• Der Füllstand des Gastanks kann an den drei runden Sichtfenstern (4) am Griff abgelesen werden.
Bedienung
Nach dem Befüllen des Gastanks ist der Gasbrenner betriebsbereit.
Halten Sie den Gasbrenner stets mit der Brennerdüse vom Körper weg. Richten Sie den
Brenner niemals gegen Menschen oder Tiere.
Zum Zünden des Gasbrenners gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
• Schieben Sie die seitliche Sicherheitsverriegelung (3) von der "LOCK"-Position weg. Diese entriegelt
den Zündmechanismus.
• Stellen Sie den Gasmengenregler (6) in Mittelstellung.
• Drücken Sie die Piezo-Zündung (2) und halten diese gedrückt. Es ist unter Umständen erforderlich,
den Zündknopf (2) mehrmals zu betätigen, bis eine Zündung stattfindet.
• Die Flammenform kann nun mittels des Gasmengenreglers (6) stufenlos verändert werden. Stellen
Sie den Gasmengenregler (6) so ein, dass die Flamme ca. 10 bis 25 mm groß ist.
• Zum Ausschalten lassen Sie den Zündknopf (2) los. Die Flamme erlischt.
• Schieben Sie die Sicherheitsverriegelung (3) wieder in Position "LOCK". Die Piezo-Zündung ist
blockiert.
Lassen Sie den Gasbrenner immer erst abkühlen, bevor Sie ihn lagern. Brandgefahr!
Entsorgung
Ist der Gasbrenner am Ende seiner Lebensdauer, so muss er nach den geltenden gesetzlichen
Vorschriften entsorgt werden.

LOCK
Intended use
The gas burner produces an adjustable flame at a temperature of up to 1,300°C. A piezo ignition
mechanism is built into it.
The gas flow can be set at the gas burner, making it usable in all situations.
The gas burner is used for soldering and brazing. Furthermore, both flammable and nonflammable
materials can be heated using it.
The gas burner may only be filled and operated using lighter gas (ISO butane gas).
Contact with water must be avoided at all times. Use other than that described above will lead to
damage to the product and will expose you to additional risks, such as fire, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or converted!
The safety instructions should be observed without fail!
Safety and Hazard Notices
The guarantee will lapse if damage is incurred as a result of non-compliance with the
operating instructions. We shall not be held liable for any consequential damage or loss.
For safety reasons, any unauthorised conversion and/or modification to the product are
not permitted.
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This could become a danger-
ous toy in the hands of children.
Keep gas burners and lighter gas containers out of reach of children. Keep such prod-
ucts in a place inaccessible to children.
Gas burners contain butane gas. They therefore have to be kept away from sources of
heat and sunlight (>40°C).
Always fill gas burners with commercially available lighter gas and only in a well-aired
environment. Avoid open flames when doing so (danger of explosion!).
When filling, observe the safety and operating instructions of the lighter gas manufac-
turer.
Gas burners may only be filled when cooled off.
Stop the filling process immediately if gas escapes. A gas-air mixtures could arise that
is liable to explode. Make sure that the room has been well ventilated before you ignite
gas burners or other sources of ignition.
Do not remove or open the filling valves to allow gas to escape.
The housing of gas burners may not be opened, damaged or held in fire or open flames.
Danger of explosion.
Never expose the gas burner to mechanical stress. The gas tank could start to leak.
(Danger of fire and explosion.)
Do not attempt to repair the gas burner. If the gas burner becomes damaged or defec-
tive, dispose of it correctly.
When igniting and using the gas burner, keep it away from the body and clothing.
Never use it to light liquid or gaseous fuels (e.g. petrol, spirit).
Always hold the gas burner in such a manner that the flame points away from you.
Ignite the flame only for approx. 15 minutes. Otherwise, the housing of the gas burner
could heat up too much (danger of burns).
Gas burners may not be operated, filled or stored in areas where explosive, easily flam-
mable materials, combustible gases, vapours, dust, or inflammable liquids (solvents,
alcohol, benzene etc.) are located or could be located. There is a risk of explosion or fire.
Protect the gas burner from impurities and moisture.
Never touch the burner head during or after operation. Danger of burns.

Initial operation
The gas burner is delivered unfilled for safety reasons.
To operate for the first time, you must fill up the tank of the gas burner with commercially available
lighter gas.
Filling the gas tank
The gas burner may only be filled and operated using lighter gas (ISO butane gas). Fill
the gas tank only in a well ventilated environment and avoid open fire. (Danger of explo-
sion.)
Gas burners may only be filled when cooled off.
When filling, proceed as follows:
• Turn the gas burner on its head so that the fill valve points upwards (5).
• Place the ISO butane gas container on the fill valve (using a suitable adapter when necessary) (5).
Now press the ISO butane gas container vertically downwards. The gas now flows into the gas tank
of the gas burner. This filling process takes about 2-3 minutes.
Stop the filling process immediately if gas escapes. A gas-air mixture could arise which
is liable to explode. Make sure that the room has been well ventilated before you ignite
gas burners or other sources of ignition.
• After filling, wait for a few minutes before operating the gas burner to give the gas filling time to
stabilize.
• The fill level of the gas tank can be read-off at the three round viewing windows (4) at the handle.
Operation
The gas burner is ready for operation after filling the gas tank.
Always hold the gas burner with the burner head pointed away from your body. Never
direct the burner at persons or animals.
Proceed as follows to ignite the gas burner:
• Push the safety lock on the side (3) away from the „LOCK" position. This unlocks the ignition mech-
anism.
• Set the gas flow controller (6) to the middle position.
• Press the piezo-ignition (2) and keep it pressed. It may be necessary to press the ignition head (2)
several times until the burner ignites
• The shape of the flame can now be changed continuously using the gas flow controller (6). Set the
gas flow controller (6) so that the flame is approx. 10 to 25 mm.
• Release the ignition head to switch off (2). The flame goes out.
• Push the safety lock on the side (3) back into the „LOCK" position. Piezo ignition is locked.
Always allow the gas burner a little time to cool down before storing it. Danger of fire.
Disposal
When the gas burner has become unusable, it must be disposed of in accordance with the relevant
statutory regulations.
