Dividing a track

You tan divide a track into 2 Parts by
registering an index mark.
1 Press bIi during playback at the
Playback is p&ed.
2 Slide REWEDIT while pressing the
red button.
3 Press MODE repeatedly until "DIVIDE"
is displayed.
4 Press ENTER. ;
A 3-second Segment is played repeatedly
to tonfirm the Point to be divided.

MULTI dOG referring to the playing
6 Press ENTER.
The index mark is registered and the
track number advances by one.

7 Press .
The data concerning the contents of the
editing process are registered and the
display disappears.

A track cannot be divided in the following
when the disc already contains 254 tracks

when elapsed time is displayed as OOmOOs
