Installing the SIM and battery

Remove the battery cover.

Press the battery cover release latch and
slide down the battery cover towards the
bottom of the phone. And remove the
battery cover.
Remove the battery.

Hold the top edge of the battery and lift
the battery from the battery compartment.
WARNING:
Do not remove the battery
when the phone is switched on, as this may
damage the phone.
Install the SIM card.

Insert the SIM card into the SIM card
holder. Make sure that the SIM card
is inserted properly and that the gold
contact area on the card is facing
downwards.
To remove the SIM card, press down
lightly and pull it in the reverse direction.
