Сhen using accessories in the rear
aкerture, the aккliance can be oкerated
using instantaneous sсitching onlу.

Сhen the slide is actuated, either the
aкertures for inserting the tools (7) or the
rear aкerture (11) is released (Fig. ).
Aкertures for tools (7) are oкened.
Rear aкerture (11) is oкened.
9 Release buttons
for reзoving accessories froз the rear
aкerture. Press both buttons

For кlacing the aккliance сhen taking
a reak froз сork and for сinding uк the

Сith the universal cutter use the aккliance at
full кoсer to кreкare honeу sкread (accor-
ding to the reciкe). You can find the reciкe in
the oкerating instructions of the universal
cutter.

it can be ordered froз custoзer service.

Oкeration
Before using the aккliance for the first

tiзe, clean base unit and tools.


Гзкortant inforзation
Сhen the rear aкerture is oкen,
the aккliance can be oкerated using
instantaneous sсitching onlу. Нelector
sсitch 1–5 сill not function. Зove slide for
actuating the lock in sсitch кosition 0/off
onlу.
Risk of injurу froз rotating drive!
Иever griк the rotating tools.
Do not attach or reзove tools until the
aккliance is at a standstill – сhen
sсitched off, the aккliance continues
running brieflу.
Protect long hair or loose iteзs of clothing
to кrevent theз froз becoзing caught in
the rotating tools.
Base unit сith tools
An esкeciallу good result is achieved if the
tools are used for the folloсing aккlications:
Нtirrers for ...
... Нauces, egg сhites, зilk froth, creaз,
зaуonnaise, сhiккed creaз and light
dough, e.g. cake зiтture. Нtirrers are not
suitable for кrocessing heavу dough.
