even if the key lock is turned on.

This function only works if the SOS
Settings is turned on and at least one
SOS Number is set. "SOS Key Off"
is shown if SOS Settings is turned off.
When the SOS button is turned on and
if no numbers exist, the display changes
to the SOS Setting menu when SOS
key is pressed.
