Assembly of the Swissdrive 150-S wheel left and right

After mounting of the manual wheel, the functioning of the wheel lock must be checked (refer to the Instructions for
Use for your manual wheelchair).
Position „down":
Electric drive mode
The hub wheels are marked near the hub motor with „R" for right and „L" for left in order to guarantee the right mount-
ing of the wheels to the chair. The Swissdrive 150-S wheels are mounted in the same way.

Position „up":
Manual drive mode
The wheelchair has to be lifted slightly so that the quick release fastener
is directly above the attachment bolt. The wheel should be upright and in
direction of motion. After centring the attachment bolt into the whole of
the quick release fastener the wheelchair can be lowered slowly.
Having the correct position the locking mechanism engages audibly.
There is no further securing necessary.
Before mounting the Swissdrive 150-S wheels it has to be
made sure, that the brakes are manually locked (position on
electric drive mode).
