To prevent spoiling the whole dish by a rotten egg or egg shells, break the egg fi rst in a separate bowl and only then
add it to the mixing bowl.
•
Do not mix more than necessary. Mix the ingredients or blend them, so that they reach the consistency recommended
by the recipe. Mix the dry ingredients carefully so that they are blended together. Always use low speed.
•
Climatic conditions: Diff erent temperatures in diff erent seasons, the temperature of the ingredients – all this aff ects
the necessary mixing time and the results.
•
Always start mixing at low speed. Gradually increase the speed to the one recommended in the recipe.
•
When whipping liquids, especially hot liquids, gradually add small quantities to avoid splashing.
•
Add the ingredients to the bowl gradually in order indicated by the recipe.
•
For easier cleaning remove the beaters or hooks immediately after whipping or kneading and rinse them with
warm water.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Cleaning
•
Unplug the appliance from the power supply and let it cool thoroughly before cleaning!
•
Clean the external surface of the mixer using slightly wet cloth, if necessary with a small amount of detergent.

Never immerse the mixer and the power cord in water!

Clean the food remains from the power cord using cloth.
•
Remove the bowl from the stand, rinse it with water and then wipe it dry.
•
Wash the beaters and dough hooks after each use using normal detergent used for washing dishes, rinse with
lukewarm water and wipe dry.
•
You can use dishwasher to wash the beaters, hooks and bowl.
•
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaners for cleaning the appliance. Never use scouring pads or scouring
cloths, which could damage the surface of the appliance.
•
Let all the parts dry thoroughly before reassembling.

Make sure that the appliance is clean and dry before storing it.
