Setting up your email

You can keep in touch on the
move by using your GW620 to
send emails. It's quick and simple
to set up a POP3 or IMAP4 email
account.

Touch Email on the
Communication tab.

If the email account is not
set up, start the email set up
wizard.
TIP! If an email account is
already set up, the wizard is
not activated automatically.
Sending an email using your
new account

Touch Email on the
Communication tab, then
touch New message to open
a new blank message.

Enter the recipient's address
and write your message.
You can also attach images,
videos, audio files and
document file types.

Touch Send to send your
email.
TIP!
During an active Wi-Fi
connection, emails are sent
and received via Wi-Fi.

Retrieving your email

You can automatically or
manually check your account for
new email.
See 'Change your email settings'
to check automatically.
To check manually:

Touch Email.

Touch the account you want
to use then.

Choose Retrieve and your
GW620 will connect to your
email account and retrieve
your new messages.
