Margarine, butter and solid fat are not
suitable for frying, and their use is

• When filling the deep fryer with oil or
fat make sure that the level lies
between the maximum and minimum
levels indicated by the "MIN" and
"MAX" marks in the bowl.
• Make sure that the food is thoroughly
dry before you fry it. Moist products
can cause severe splashing of the hot

much ice as possible from frozen food

emptying and using the deep fryer.
