9. Trouble Shooting
Problem
Motor doesnʼt start
Piezo doesnʼt ignite
No gas at burner
Burner ignites, flame is
extinguished as soon as the gas
valve is released

Burner goes out while in use
Important!
Have repairs carried out only by specialist workshops or ISC.

Cause
No electricity
Electrode incorrectly adjusted
- Gas valve is closed
- Gas cylinder is empty
- Gas hose or connection leaks
- The thermoelement was not
- warm enough
- The safety thermostat
- switches off
- Gas flow too high
- Air input too low

Remedy
- Check electrical outlet
- Check mains cable
Check electrode and precisely
set according to diagram
- Open valve
- New gas cylinder
- Locate point of leak with soap
- foam and repair
- Repeat ignition procedure
