running until all the odours have been
eliminated.
The switching plate is fitted with two switches

illuminating the work surface (left switch) .

Maintenance

operation, disconnect the hood from the
electricity.
Metal grease filter
The hood has a metal grease filter.
The metal grease filter lasts forever and
must be washed either by hand or in the
dishwasher (65°C) with suitable detergents.
The grease filters must be washed at least
once a month.
Attention! When washed in a dishwasher,
the metal grease filter may discolour.
Before refitting the filter ensure that it is
perfectly dry.
When cleaning the grease filter, we
recommend washing the frame that
surrounds the filter.
Carbon filter
It keeps the odours and smells and leave the
aspirated air cleaned from them.
The carbon filter should be replaced every 4
months under normal use.
The carbon filter cannot be washed nor
regenerated.
To dismount it proceed as follows:
a) Remove the metal filter (Fig. 3) and the
frame (Fig. 4).
b) Turn the central handle of the carbon
filter anticlockwise and extract it (Fig. 5,
E).
