Care and cleaning

• The binoculars are maintenance-free. Never attempt to open them or clean the interior
components.
• Do not clean the binoculars by immersing them in water.
• To clean the binoculars and lenses, use the cleaning cloth provided or a dusting brush.
Alternatively, use a soft, lint-free cloth. You can also use a lens cleaning cloth to clean the
lenses. If the binoculars are very dirty, the cloth can be dampened slightly with lukewarm
water or isopropanol.
• If you use a detergent (e.g. isopropanol) to clean the binoculars, do not apply it directly to the
lenses. Always apply the detergent to the cleaning cloth first.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could
damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
• Use a damp, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
