14.1.2 Trimmer

 To remove the nylon cutter, press and hold
the shaft lock button (1) and unscrew the
head anti-clockwise.
 Replace the new or the rewound nylon
cutter and by turning it clockwise

14.1.3 Rewinding the nylon cutter

1. Unscrew the
nylon cutter and
open by pushing
the fastener on
both sides.
3. Wrap the line
around the spool
leaving about 20cm
line exposed on
each side.

Maintenance plan

After each workshift:
 Check the cutting tools (tight fit, sharpness, damage)
 Cleaning the cutting tools
Once a month:
 Overall cleaning of the machine
 Check the smooth running of the wheels
14.3

Cleaning

Once a month the machine and all its parts must be thoroughly cleaned.
The usage of certain solutions containing ingredients damaging metal surfaces as well
as the use of scrubbing agents will damage the machine surface!
Clean the machine surface with a wet cloth soaked in a mild solution
Never use running water or a high pressure cleaner to clean the machine.
 Clean the outer parts with a damp sponge.
 Never clean the electronic parts with water!
 Check the bottom of the machine (cutting blade area and wheels) and remove the
deposits and / or residues with a brush
 Clean the outside (ventilation slots, ...) of the charging station.

2. Cut a piece of nylon
(max. 12m long, Ø1,6mm)
find the center of the line
and loop it onto the notch
in the center
4. Thread the string guides
onto the line as shown.
Slide into place. Do the
same on both sides and
close the nylon cutter. Pull
on both ends of the line to
free them from the
notches in the spool.
