Description
The weighing process cannot
be completed. The error code
will be displayed as long as the
malfunction persists.
Taring cannot be performed.
The error code will be displayed

The converter is not working.
The error code will be displayed
as long as the malfunction
persists.
Error during Bluetooth®
transmission or pairing. After
5 seconds the scale will switch
back to the weight display.

6 Troubleshooting

Solution
Please check whether you have
applied to little (less than 1 kg)
or too much weight (more than
250 kg) to the scale.
Press the reset button with no load.
Please make sure that the person
on the weighing platform does not
move.
Please do not move the scale during
the weighing procedure.
Please do not move the scale
during the taring procedure.
Press the reset button with no load.
Please contact your vendor.
Please check whether a
Bluetooth® device is in reach.
Start the BodyTel Mobile app
on your smartphone or Home
Gateway and check whether
Bluetooth® connection is enabled.
Retry the pairing procedure. Please
check whether you have entered the
correct Bluetooth® password (9676)
on your smartphone or Home
Gateway. Your smartphone may be
incompatible with WeightTel Pro.
