Guideline:
Research has suggested that long periods Of repetitive motion, improper workspace
usage, body position or poor work habits can lead to physical discomfort
to nerves, tendons and muscles. Symptoms include: pain, swelling, stiffness,
cramping, numbness, tingling in your hands, wrist, arms, neck, back or shoulder
should be examined by a qualified physician.
Below are some basic guidelines
usage:
I Setup your workspace
correctly and adjust the height Of your chair and table so
that keyboard and mouse are below elbow height.
2.Adjust keyboard or mouse pad mechanisms
height difference.
3. Ensure your feet is well supported
position when you work.

rest is available,
it is recommended.
