The device is not allowed to be operated horizontal!
3. Electrical connection
Your MICRO 500 is not suitable for fixed connection to wall sockets or
operation from wall connection sockets. The operation is only allowed
with classic sockets. The device is not allowed to be operated on
multiple sockets.
If the main connection cable of the MICRO 500 is damaged, it needs to
be replaced by us or a suitably qualified electrician in order to prevent
danger and additional damage.
The MICRO 500 may only be operated with the thermostat mounted
directly on the device.
4. Insttallation and transport

the heater can radiate into the room as freely as possible. In order
to transport the MICRO 500, the device has to be completely cooled
down. The MICRO 500 is cooled down after approx. 40 minutes. Do not
transport the device if it is not completely cooled down, also not in the
provided carrying case.
You can find our detailed installation information on page 9.
5. MICRO 500 operation
The nominal power is 500 W on 230 V. The power consumption varies
between 480 W and 530 W. The device must not be used in continuous
operation and has to be unplugged from power supply after 4 minutes
of heating.
If the device is as indicated not disconnected from the power supply af-
ter 4 minutes of heating, it will heat to over 130 ° C. Danger of burning!
Do not touch the the exposed chamotte stone and the device during
operation (incl. cooling phase). Avoid direct skin contact.
The MICRO 500 is managed with the internally mounted intern
thermostat. It is possible that a slight odour can develop during initial
commissioning, since some materials still have to emit fumes. This
does not pose any threat, and it will stop after a period of time. Please
ventilate the rooms well if necessary. In rare cases, noise can occur in
the form of cracking, which is caused by heat-induced material move-
ments, which are harmless.
6. Overheating protection
Do not cover the air vents. Do not cover the MICRO 500 (e.g. with
towels) during operation. Fire hazard! Any resulting defects on a tem-
perature switch and the resulting costs for the repair shall be borne
exclusively by the party causing the damage.
7. Malfunctions
If the MICRO 500 does not emit any heat, please check that the ther-
mostat is pre-set to the desired temperature. In addition, it is essential
to check that the local power distribution is switched on or that the
fuse is in working order. If you encounter such malfunctions, please
contact your qualified electrical workshop. In the event of a complaint
being addressed to us, the serial number of the device is required for
order processing. You will find this information on the rating plate. The
device must not be used, if the mains cable or the plug is damaged or
if the device has any malfunctions. A damaged mains cable must be
only replaced by a qualified electrical workshop. Never try to repair the
device on your own. Risk of electrical shock.
8. Cleaning of device
Turn the MICRO 500 off before each cleaning sequence and allow it to
be cooled down completely. Switch the mains cable before each clea-
ning sequence. Only wipe the MICRO 500 off with a soft, damp cloth
and do not use any chemical detergents or abrasive. A correspondingly
designed cleaning brush can be used for the cleaning of the slats (not
included). We offer you an appropriate product in our online shop for
purchase in the accessories section.
Do not immerse electrical parts of the device into water or other fluids
during cleaning or operations. Never put the device into running water.
