ATTENTION!
To ensure an optimal bonding the ambient temperature during the assembly should be at least 15 °C!
Mounting
1.
Check the fit of the spoiler on the car.
2.
Check the expiration date of the glue. If it has expired, please order new glue.
3.
Use coarse sandpaper to remove the paint on the mounting surfaces of the spoiler, so that the basic material
becomes visible.
4.
Thoroughly clean the mounting surfaces of both spoiler and tailgate with a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol.
5.
Apply the enclosed spoiler glue to the mounting surfaces of the spoiler (Fig. 1).
6.
Place the spoiler well centered on the tailgate.
7.
Let one person hold the spoiler, so that a second person can carefully open the tailgate. Temporarily fix the
spoiler with tape in the following sequence (Fig 2):
Start at the RH foot. Pull the tape from the spoiler around the edge of the tailgate, so that eventual gaps
will be minimised.
Repeat step 1 for the LH foot.
Fix the middle foot with tape.
8.
Any squeezed-out rests of glue must be removed immediately.
9.
Allow the glue to dry for 12 hrs at an ambient temperature of at least 15 °C and do not drive the car. During 24
hrs no mechanical loading should be applied to the spoiler. Do not wash for 48 hrs.
10. After 12 hrs the tape can be removed.

No warranty acceptance of any damage due to the use of a car wash.
