质保服务：自购买本产品之日起，产品提供一
年质保。
换货服务：自购买本产品之日起 1 个月内发生
非人为故障，可以免费更换服务，超过此期限，
我们提供免费的维修服务，这项服务需要我们
的技术人员对故障产品进行评估， 确认故障后，
进行换货或维修服务。
换货条件：换货的产品必须外观及包装完好无
损，配件齐全，出具保修卡或购买凭证。
在质保期内发生以下条件不能
享受退换货或保修服务
1. 产品整机或部件已经超出质保期；
2. 产品使用者未按说明书要求，因错误安装，
保管及使用造成的故障或损坏；
3. 自行修理、更改或拆卸造成的产品故障或损
坏；
4. 因使用非生产厂商认可部件造成的故障或损
坏；
5. 因意外因素或人为原因（包括计算机病毒、
搬运、挤压、磕碰、渗水、水灾、划伤、撞击、
高温、输入不合格电压、腐蚀等）导致的故障
或损坏；
6. 因使用非标准或非公开发行的软件造成的故
障或损坏；
7. 因自然灾害等不可抗力 ( 如地震、火灾等 ) 原
因造成的故障或损坏；
8. 其他非产品设计、技术、制造、质量等问题
而导致的故障或损坏；
9. 序列号标贴遗失破损模糊或者有人工涂改痕
迹。
！注：对于需发回维修的产品，事先未通知售
后部门，我司将一律不予受理，如未按售后流
程进行返修和技术服务导致产品遗失或严重损
坏，客户将直接承担相关责任。
