9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
In order to maintain health standards and good beverage quality, the tanks, lids and mixing paddles/pumps should be
cleaned as often as possible.
NOTE: Do not clean the machine with a stream of water.
1. Disconnect the device from the power source before cleaning.
2. Completely empty the tanks.
3. Remove the agitator, lift the plastic tank and disconnect it from the cooling element.
4. Clean the tank with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid.
5. After cleaning, wipe the tanks dry.
6. Remove the gasket from the cooling element and wipe with a damp cloth. Place the gasket in the base of the tank.
Clean the cooling element with a damp cloth and apply the tank.
CAUTION: Do not use solvents (gasoline, alcohol, etc.) to clean the device. The housing of the device may be damaged
and explosive fumes may be produced. Pay special attention when applying the gasket. Incorrect placement of the ga-
sket may cause leaks. Do not use abrasive or corrosive agents to clean the device.
The device can be cleaned with a damp towel, but never immerse it in water. After cleaning the device, make sure it is
completely dried.
