WArNINg! Read and observe all safety instructions below. Failure to
observe these instructions may result in considerable risks of accident
and injury as well as damage to property and the appliance.
• Keep these operating instructions for further use. If this 2in1 cordless vacuum
cleaner is passed on to third parties, these operating instructions must be
handed over as well.
Use and working environment
• This appliance is exclusively intended for use in private households and for the
purpose specified.
• Do not use the appliance outdoors.
• Use the appliance in an adequately ventilated area.
• Do not expose the appliance to heat, direct sunlight or very high humidity
(e.g. rain).
• Never immerse the appliance in liquids and avoid sharp edges that may
damage the appliance.
• Never touch the appliance when your hands are wet or moist. Immediately
unplug the appliance if it gets wet or moist during operation.
• The appliance is intended for vacuuming materials that are not dangerous to
health and not inflammable.
• Never hold the connections close to your face (especially eyes, ears, etc.) and
never level the nozzle at people or animals.
• Keep children and other bystanders away from the appliance during operation.
• Do not vacuum up ashes, hot coal, large glass fragments, and sharp objects.
• Do not vacuum up any toner powder, as used for instance in printers and
copiers, as it conducts electricity. Moreover, toner powder may not be filtered
completely by the filter system of the automatic vacuum cleaner and may
subsequently be released into the air through the exhaust fan.
• Do not place any flammable material near the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance together with a programming device, a timer or other
equipment that will switch it on automatically.
• Do not use the appliance with a damaged cable or plug.
• Make sure that the voltage indicated on the rating plate corresponds to the
mains voltage before connecting the appliance to the mains.
• Connect the appliance to a power grid with an earthed socket that can take at
least 16 A.
• The plug of the appliance must properly fit into the power socket. Do not
modify the plug in any way.
• When using a power strip, please carefully check the rated values as the power
consumed by several appliances may exceed the rated value of the power strip.
