d. Repeat 1.c operation;
e. Repeat the 1.d operation (note: No people stand under the magnetic drill when
operating, in case of power cut.);
f. Turn off the switch of the electric drill after the operation. Two men grasp the
magnetic drill, untie the safety rope, turn off the switch of the magnetic drill,
take off the magnetic drill.

12.2.3 Working method on the top

Note: It needs at least three men to operate and a person to monitor it . Or else, do not use this
working method
a. Repeat 2 (a.b.c) operation;
b. Repeat 1(c.d)operation, (note: Take preventing measures to the drilled scrap
iron.);
c. Repeat 2(f) operation

12.2.4 Other working methods

The user can take other working methods depending on the field operation, and must take the
safety into consideration.
12.3

Supplementary specification

 The ground can not have sundries. Keep it dry and clean.
 Keep the aiguille sharp.
 Keep the key wrench from teh collet.
 Do not press the drill forcefully. When meeting blocks in operation, withdraw the drill in
case that the drill overload. If the running velocity slows down, loosen the pressure. Cut
off the power if the drill stops suddenly.
 Put the cable behind the machine at work, keep it away from the aiguille.
 Set the switch on the off position before plugging in.
 Do not extend or dismantle the cable.
 Being absorbed on coarse surface may affect the magnetic power of the magnetic drill.
Thereby, it is necessary to do experiment in advance in case of accident.
 Take preventing measures in common places before using the magnetic drill, such as
insulating creepage protector(including creepage protecting plug and socket and so on). Or
else, the user must wear insulating gloves and shoes or stand on the insulating mat. Fix
rated creepage protector of 30mA with no more than 0.1S operate time in good
conducting places such as moist or metal framework.
12.4

Grounding device

 Keep the instrument well connected to the ground in case of getting electric shock. The
grounding device should have standard wire, and be equipped with grounded to work with
the grounding wire. Do not connect in correctly the live wire to the joint of the cycling
wire.
 The circuit board connected to the ground must have connection to the turn-on grounding
device forever, and make it connected with the ground together with the plugging hole
and lug fastened by the yellow and green wires.
 Only allow using standard extended cable. The cable must be equipped with a grounding
plug and then supply power to instruments if the cable is damaged, repair or change it.
