Thank you for purchasing your CARSON RC model, which was manufactured using state of the art.
Since we are constantly striving to develop and improve our products, we reserve the right to change,
from a technical point of view and in terms of facilities, materials and design at any time and without
notice. From slight variations of this product you against data and illustrations in this manual therefore
no claims can be derived. The manual is part of the product. Failure to follow the operating instructions
and the safety instructions will void the warranty. Keep these instructions for future reference and for
the eventual transfer of the model to a third party.
Warranty
For this product, CARSON warranted for 24 months from defects in manufacturing in materials and
workmanship under normal use after purchase from an authorized dealer. In case of defect during the
warranty period, take the model together with proof of purchase to your dealer.
If not otherwise, CARSON provided by law, at its option:
(A) correct the defect by product repair without charge for parts and work;
(B) replace the product with same like or similar in structure, or
(C) refund the purchase price.
All replaced parts and products will be made for the replacement become the property of CARSON. As
part of the warranty, new or reconditioned parts can be used.
Repaired or replaced parts are warranted for the remaining term of the original warranty period. After
the warranty period made for repair or replacement parts will be charged.
Excluded from the warranty are:
• Damage or failure due to non-observance of safety instructions or manual, accident, improper or
abnormal usage, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, lightning or other incidence of High
voltage or current.
• Damages, caused by losing the control of your vehicle.
• Repairs not carried out by an authorized service CARSON.
• Consumable items such as fuses and batteries
• Purely visual impairments
• transportation, shipping or insurance costs;
• costs for disposing of the product as well as up and the service adjustment- and resettlement work.
This Warrant gives you specific legal rights, in addition to a country different from country to assert
other claims is possible.
