Locate the drilling spot: Identify where you want to drill.

Adjust the rod: Position the support rod and modify the length of the push rod.

Tighten the fastening screws to ensure full contact between the drilling rig's base
and the surface, maintaining the drill bit and machine in a vertical and steady
position.
3) Preparing for drilling:
Attach the drill bit: Secure the correct drill bit to the machine.

Connect utilities: Plug in the power and connect the water supply.
•
Adjust and check: Turn on the machine with no load to check the drill bit's
•
movement and listen for any unusual sounds. If all checks out, open the water valve
to start drilling once water flows from the drill bit.
4) Beginning to drill:
Start slow: Begin drilling at a slow pace to allow the drill bit to penetrate the surface.

Adjust speed: Once the bit has made an initial hole, you can increase to normal

drilling speed. Decrease speed again if you encounter steel within the drilling surface.
5) Safety and maintenance:
Mechanical and electronic protections: If the drill bit stops moving while the motor

runs, it might need sharpening, or the feed speed is too high. Withdraw and reinsert
the drill bit. If the motor stops unexpectedly, restart the machine and reduce the
feed speed.
Friction plate wear: Over time, the friction plate may wear down, leading to

potential slippage. Remove the clutch gear from the gearbox, replace the worn
friction plates with new ones of uniform size, and tighten all screws securely.
Reassemble the gear into the gearbox. (Note: This maintenance step should be
