Start-up
ATTENTION!
•
The plastic foils and bags pose a suffocation hazard! Keep chil-
dren and animals away from the packaging material.
•
Unpack the product contents and make sure that they are com-
plete (see chapter "Product contents") and check for any dam-
ages from transport. If the product, plug or mains cord exhibits
damages, do not use the product (!); instead contact customer
service.
•
Before you use the product, remove all packaging material and
any labels located on the product and which serve to provide
protection during transport or are for advertising purposes.
Assembly
1. Pull the cable on the lamp head through the two extension
tubes. In the process make sure that you pull it through the
tube with the outside thread fi rst and then through the tube with
the recess for the locking screw.
2. Tighten the tube with the outside thread on the lamp head.
3. Tighten the tube with the recess for the locking screw on the
tube with the outside thread.
4. Connect the port in the base to the barrel connector on the
cable.
5. Insert the tubes in the base.
6. Secure the tubes using the locking screw. Make sure the screw
is located in the recess of the base.
Changing the remote control battery
The battery for the remote control has already been inserted.
You only have to remove the transport guard.

that it locks in place.

1. The battery compartment is lo-
cated on the narrow side of the
remote control. Pull it out as
shown.
2. Remove
the
empty
battery
and insert a 3 V battery (type
CR2025). The positive terminal
must point upwards.

Use
Please note that the colour settings are mixed colours. For
this reason, the colour tints may exhibit minor deviations.
1. Connect the adapter to the port in the base of the lamp.
2. Insert the mains plug in a properly installed socket that is easily
accessible.
3. Turn on the lamp by pushing the button AN (on) on the remote
control or ☼ An/Aus (on/off) on the control panel of the lamp.
4. Select the desired colour. To do so, push the colour button (4)
fi rst and then the corresponding colour button on the remote
control.
5. You can also select the desired effect and push the correspond-
the
ing button (2, 3, 5) on the remote control or push the button M
(mode) on the control panel of the lamp several times.
6. Set the desired colour brightness using the buttons to increase/
decrease the intensity of colour on the remote control or us-
ing the arrow buttons (˄ increase, ˅ decrease) on the control
panel.
7. Push the button AUS (off) on the remote control or push ☼ An/
Aus (on/off) on the control panel again to turn off the lamp.
Troubleshooting
If the product is not working properly, please check whether you
are able to rectify the problem yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical product
yourself!
If the light does not switch on, check
•
whether the plugs on the lamp are properly connected.
•
whether the product is properly connected with the socket.
•
whether the socket is defective. Try another socket.
•
the fuse for your mains connection.
•
whether the battery in the remote control is empty.

Disposal
The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the
packaging in an environmentally-friendly manner and make
it available to the collection service for recyclable materials.
Dispose of the product in an environmentally-friendly man-
ner. It does not belong in the household garbage. Dispose
of it at a recycling centre for old electric and electronic
equipment. For more information, please contact the ad-
ministration in your community.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must be removed and
disposed of separately before disposing of the product.
To protect the environment, batteries and rechargeable
batteries may not be disposed of together with normal
household waste. Instead they must be turned in at
appropriate collection points. Please also observe applicable
statutory provisions regulating the disposal of batteries.
