Motor
The motor must not be covered and
should be kept free from dirt, which
might reduce cooling down the mo-
tor.
For further instructions regarding
maintenance of the motor, please
see the motor manufacturer's in-
structions.
Cyclone
The screen inside the top of the
cyclone should be cleaned regu-
larly. The material conveyed will
determine how often cleaning is

required. If the screen is blocked
the capacity of the blower will be
reduced.
When cleaning the screen, the
bend must be dismantled from
the top of the cyclone. On SUC
100/150/200 the screen can be
removed and cleaned with a brush
after removing the four nuts (se de-
scription below). On SUC 300/500
the screen must be cleaned on the
cyclone.

Check regularly the surfaces of the
suction blower/motors for dust and
other impurities. If the dust layer
is more than 0.5 mm/0.02") thick,
it must be removed. It will depend
on the dust content in the suction
blower surroundings, how often it is
necessary to check/clean the suc-
tion blower/motors.
Storage
To prevent rust, store the machine
in a dry place protected against
wind and moisture.
