ANOMALIES DE
FONCTIONNEMENT
Si
votre
façonneuse
Major
convenablement entretenue, il ne doit
pas y avoir d'incident susceptible d'en
modifier le bon fonctionnement.
Toutefois, si:
· Le moteur ne tourne pas :
- vérifier que les capots de sécurité
du tapis soient bien abaissés.
- vérifier que le bouton d'arrêt coup
de poing soit déverrouillé.

vérifier
l'alimentation
façonneuse .
· Le moteur tourne mais aucune des
parties
tournantes
n'est
mouvement :
vérifier la courroie trapézoïdale côté
commande et la courroie crantée.
· Le moteur tourne mais le rouleau
lamineur inférieur ne tourne pas :
vérifier la chaîne côté commande.
· Les tapis tournent dans le mauvais
sens :
changer deux phases à l'alimentation
de la façonneuse.
·
Un
ou
plusieurs
tapis
déportés à droite ou à gauche:
retendre le tapis posant problème du
côté du déport .
Si malgré tout, l'incident persiste,
veuillez contacter votre spécialiste.
ATTENTION !
Avant tout nettoyage ou toute
intervention sur la machine, couper
l'alimentation électrique

· The motor doesn't spin :
-check that the propective
covers of the belt are lowered;
- chek that the emergency stop
button released.
- check the power supply of the

· The motor spins but none of the
turning parts are moving :

check the trapezoidal belt on the switch
side and the flat notched belt.
· The motor spins but the lower
roller doesn't turn :
check the chain on the switch side.
· The belt spins the wrong direction

change two input wires of your
moulder.
· One or more belts on the right or
the left have snapped off :

retighten the belt back into place.
In spite of everything, if a problem
persists, please contact your specialist

At all times, before cleaning or for
maintenance of the machine, shut off the
power supply

Wenn jedoch :
· Der Motor nicht dreht :

Überprüfen,
ob
Sicherheitshauben um den Teppich
geschlossen sind.
- Überprüfen, ob der Notschalter
ausgeschaltet ist.
- Stromzufuhr kontrollieren.
· Der
Motor
dreht,
aber
bewegliches Teil bewegt sich :
Riemen überprüfen...
· Der Motor dreht, aber die untere
Walze bleibt stehen :
Kette
auf
der
rechte
überprüfen.
· Die Teppiche drehen sich in die
falsche Richtung :
Zwei Anschlubkabel vertauschen.
· Die Teppiche nach rechts oder
links ziehen :
Teppiche nachspannen.
Sollte die Störung bestehen, wenden Sie
sich bitte an Ihren Service-Dienst.
VORSICHT !
Vor jeder Reinigung oder vor jedem
Einsatz der Maschine, Hauptschalter
ausschalten; Netzstecker ziehen
