Richtigkeit und Variationskoeffizient des Geräts
werden gravimetrisch wie folgt ermittelt:
– Nennvolumen einstellen.
– H
O dest. pipettieren.

– Pipettierte Menge mit einer Analysenwaage
wiegen.
– Pipettiertes Volumen errechnen.
Dabei die Temperatur berücksichtigen.
– Mindestens 10 Pipettierungen und Wägungen
durchführen.
– Richtigkeit (R%) und Variationskoeffizient (VK%)
nach den Formeln der statistischen Qualitäts-
kontrolle berechnen. Das Prüfverfahren ist z. B.
in ISO 8655/6 beschrieben. Beachten Sie die
Gebrauchsanleitung des Waagenherstellers und
entsprechende Normen.

The accuracy and coefficient of variation of the in-
strument are determined gravimetrically as follows:
– Set the nominal volume.
– Pipette distilled H
– Weigh the pipetted quantity on an analytical
balance.
– Calculate the pipetted volume, taking the tempera-
ture into account.
– Perform at least 10 pipetting and weighing opera-
tions.
– Calculate the accuracy (A%) and the coefficient
of variation (CV%) by means of the formulae used
in statistical quality control. The proceeding is
described e.g., in ISO 8655/6. Observe the oper-
ating manual of the balance manufacturer and the
corresponding standards.
