2.6.2 Hinweisschild auf Gehäuse
Auf dem Gehäuse ist an einer gut sichtbaren
Stelle ein Hinweisschild mit folgendem Inhalt
anzubringen:
«WARNUNG: VOR DEM EINSCHALTEN GE -
HÄUSE VON STAUB REINIGEN».
Auf Ex pD-Gehäusen für Zone 22 deren Tür
ohne Werkzeuge geöffnet werden kann, muss
der folgende Hinweis angebracht werden:
«WARNUNG: NICHT UNTER SPANNUNG
ÖFFNEN IN ANWESENHEIT VON STAUB».
2.6.3 Besondere Bedingungen in der Be -
triebs anleitung des Ex pD-Systems
(Zone 22)
In der Betriebsanleitung werden für Ex-p-Appli-
kationen für die Zone 22 die folgenden Punkte
ergänzt:
Der Betrieb der Ex-p-Applikation innerhalb der
Zone 22 muss ohne vorgeschaltete Spülphase
erfolgen. Die automatische Spülung am Steuer-
gerät PS 840 ist deshalb stets zu deaktivieren.
Das System darf nicht mit einem Magnet-Ventil,
sondern nur mit einer Leckausgleichseinrichtung
ohne Spülungseinstellung betrieben werden.
Vor Inbetriebnahme der eingebauten Betriebs-
mittel ist das Innere des Gehäuses vollständig
zu reinigen.
Die Schutzart des Ex pD-Gehäuses muss im
staubexplosionsgefährdeten Bereich mit nicht
leitfähigen Stäuben mindestens IP5X, bei leitfä-
higen Stäuben mindestens IP6X betragen.

2.6.2 Marquage des armoires
Sur les armoires le marquage suivant doit être
appliqué.
«ATTENTION: ENLEVEZ TOUTE POUSSIERE
DE L'INTÉRIEUR DE L'ARMOIRE AVANT DE
METTRE SOUS TENSION»
Sur les armoires en zone 22 avec portes équi-
pées de poignées, réaliser le marquage suivant:
«ATTENTION: NE PAS OUVRIR TANT QU'IL Y
A PRÉSENCE DE POUSSIERE COMBUS-
TIBLE »
2.6.3 Conditions spéciales pour la zone pous-
sière des systèmes Ex pD
Dans le cas d'applications Ex-pD en zone 22 les
points suivants doivent être ajoutés:
Les applications Ex-pD en zone 22 doivent être
réalisés sans période de rinçage. Cette fonction
doit être toujours être déactivée du contrôleur
PS 840.
Le système ne peut pas être utilisé avec une
électrovanne simple, mais uniquement avec un
mécanisme à fuite contrôlée sans possibilité de
rinçage.
Avant la mise en route des appareils suscep-
tibles de créer des mises à feu, l'intérieur de l'ar-
moire doit être nettoyée complètement.
L'indice de protection de l'armoire Exp pD doit
s'élever au moins à IP5X dans les atmosphères
poussiéreuses explosives avec des poussières
non conductrices et IP6X en cas de poussières
conductrices.

2.6.2 Markings on the housing
On the housing has to be the following markings:
'WARNING: REMOVE ALL DUST FROM THE
INSIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE BEFORE CON-
NECTING OR RESTORING THE ELECTRICAL
SUPPLY'
On ex p-housings for zone 22 with doors without
tools to be opened, must the following reference
be attached:
'WARNING: DO NOT OPEN WHILE ENER-
GIZED UNLESS IT IS OBVIOUS THAT NO
COMBUSTIBLE DUST IS PRESENT'
2.6.3 Special conditions in the manual of the
Ex pD of system (Zone 22)
In the manual for Ex pD applications for the zone
22 the following items are supplemented:
The use of the Ex pD application within the zone
22 must take place without pre purging period
phase. The automatic flushing at the controller
PS 840 is to be therefore always deactivated.
The system may be operated not with a single
solenoid valve, but only with a leakage balance
mechanism without flushing attitude.
Before start-up of the ignition capable apparatus,
the inside of the housing is to be cleaned com-
pletely.
The protective class of the Ex pD housing in dust
explosive area with not leading-capable dust has
to be at least to IP5X, with leading-capable dust
at least IP6X.
