7. OpERATION
7.1.11. Sleep Timer
Here you can determine whether, or after which time, the radio should
automatically switch from the operation to the standby mode.
You can choose between 5, 15 and 30 minutes.
If you do not want the radio to switch off automatically, select Switch
off and confirm the selection with Enter.
7.11.12. Buffer Memory
Here you can change the buffering time of the buffer memory.
A longer buffering time, can compensate for transmission

interference during Internet radio operation. This prevents an
interruption of music playback.
7.1.13. Weather
As long as the device is connected to the Internet, you can
receive weather information on the device's display. Under this menu
item you can specify from which location the weather information
should be displayed. You can also set the temperature unit.
The weather information is displayed in standby mode. The radio
switches automatically between weather data and the current time.
7.1.14. fM Settings
Here you can switch between stereo and mono for the VHF
radio reception.
This setting may be useful if you are receiving a VHF station, but
only with a weak and noisy signal. In such a case, you can switch the
reception to mono to improve the quality.
