Press the multifunction buttons of both headphones for
about 10 seconds, when you see pink LED lights up twice,
then release it.
4、 Put it back in the charging case, wait for 10 seconds and
take it out again. If only one side of the earphone flashes red
and blue, then the reset is successful.
5、 Reconnect with the phone again.
4.Why can't the earphones be charged?
1、 The insulating film is applied to the charging point to
prevent battery power leakage of earphone during trans-
portation. Please remove the insulating film before use.
2、 Press the earphone with your finger to make sure the
charging contact points are fully connected to the charging
case.
3、 Please make sure that there is no problem with the cha-
rging cable or the charging adapter and that the charging
cable is inserted correctly.
4、 The charging points for the headphones are dirty, poss-
ibly covered with dirt and sweat. Please wipe it off with
the cloth.
5、 If you hear the "Battery Low" notification, charge the
earbuds. Please charge the case immediately when the LED
display of the charging case below "10".Be careful not to
run out the power of the earphone and charging case. It
may shorten the life of the lithium-ion batteries built in.
5.The voice stutters while listening to music or
talking on the phone.
