Before taking a measurement, make sure that the unit is placed on a stable
surface, and is not exposed to vibrations or sudden temperature changes
that may adversely affect the measurement results.

The scale should not be subjected to any shocks, mechanical pressure or falls.

Do not use cell phones or other radio frequency devices in the vicinity of the
scale when it is in use. This can cause inaccurate measurement readings.

Distributing the weight in the very center of the scale to ensure the most
accurate measurement is recommended.
