CD-ROM Drive DMA Mode
Set this parameter to Enabled to enable the DMA mode for the CD-ROM drive. This improves the
system performance since it allows direct memory access to the CD-ROM. To deactivate the
function, set the parameter to Disabled .

ECP DMA Channel
This item becomes active only if you select Extended Capabilities Port (ECP) as the operation mode.
It allows you to assign DMA channel 1 or DMA channel 3 for the ECP parallel port function (as
required in Windows 98).
