Installation
1.
Plug the USB cable with Type-C
Type-C
host port (3.) of the card reader.
®
2.
Plug the USB Type-C
Type-C
port of your host computer. Optionally, plug the Type-A
®
adapter (4.) into the Type-C
USB Type-A port on your host computer.
Hint: The IB-CR404-C31 is backwards compatible with USB 3.0 and
USB 2.0. Note that the full data transfer rate of up to 10 Gbit/s can
only be achieved on a USB 3.1 (Gen 2) port. A USB Type-C
as a USB Type-A connection might be used for this purpose.
Your host computer will recognize the card reader automatically
without installing a driver.
3.
Insert your CFexpress
Type B slot (2.) at the front side.
Hint: Pay attention to the right direction while inserting the CFexpress
memory card.
