COMPUTER | USE
Above the segment display there is a speedometer-like LC indication, which displays the current training
speed in a graphical, motivating way. In the upper, centered area of the computer screen the current
mode of operation is displayed (STOP for currently no exercise or START for exercise).
Below the segment display different function values (depending on the current exercise mode) can be
displayed, e.g. tension level, age or programme. The displays on right and left side on the screen are as
follows:
TIME
Computer shows actual exercise time (max. 99:59 Min.). When no target value has been entered, the
time will count up from 0:00.
Preset a target time: You may preset a target time before starting a workout. The time will then count
down and multiple sound beeps will be emitted when reaching 0:00. You may enter a max. of 99:00 mi-
nutes for preset.
DISTANCE
The workout distance is displayed here (max. 999 km).
Preset a target distance: You may preset a target distance before starting a workout. The distance will
then count down and multiple sound beeps will be emitted when reaching 0,00.
RPM
The computer shows the rounds/min.
SPEED
The computer shows the current training speed (max. 99,9 km/h).
CALORIES (CAL)
The currently burned calories are displayed here (max. 999 kcal).
Preset a target calorie consumption: You may preset a target calorie consumption (kcal) before starting a
workout. The calories will then count down and multiple sound beeps will be emitted when reaching 0
kcal. You may enter a value up to max. 990 kcal.
PULSE
The computer is showing the user's heart rate in beats per minute. For a correct display please ensu-
re that you fully grasp the hand sensors. It may last up to 2 minutes before the pulse frequency will be
measured correctly. If you use a chest belt, the measured frequency will also be displayed here (please
find more details in chapter „built-in receiver"). Presetting a pulse frequency: Enter a pulse frequency
between 60-180 beats per minute according to your personal exercise aim. If the entered value will be
exceeded, the display will flash and the computer will also beep.
