Problem
The dishwasher does not start.
The dishes are not clean.

The door is not properly closed.
You have opened the dishwash-
er to add more dishes while a
program is in progress.
The door lock has not clicked
into place and locked.
A fuse/circuit breaker has been
tripped.
The plug is not plugged into the
wall socket.
The water tap is turned off.
Overflow/leaks.
A whirring sound (the drainage
pump) is heard from the dish-
washer and does not stop when
the main power switch is turned
off.
Check that the Delayed start
option has not been selected.
The spray arms do not rotate.

Close the door and wait. After
a while, the dishwasher contin-
ues the program.
Check the door lock. If it does
not click into place and lock,
open the door.
Press and hold the button for
the Auto open option until the
button starts flashing. Wait until
it stops flashing (60 seconds).
Close the door. Check that the
door lock clicks into place and
locks.

the plug and call the service

Press and hold the main power
switch until the display turns off
if you want to cancel the
Delayed start option. Restart the
dishwasher.

Select a program with a high
temperature to dissolve grease
on very dirty dishes, such as In-
tensive wash.
Dose according to water hard-
ness. Far too much or far too
little detergent results in poorer
dishwashing results.
