1. Allgemeine Hinweise
Bitte beachten Sie die nachfolgenden Warnhinweise zu
Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit! Bitte beachten Sie ebenfalls die
Betriebsanleitung Ihrer Cleanfit-Armatur CPA871 und
die Reparatur- und Wartungsanleitung (siehe Kap. 1.7)!
1.1 Verwendung
Die Servicekits sind ausschließlich als Nachrüst- oder
Ersatzteile für Cleanfit-Armaturen CPA871 zu verwen-
den. Eine anderweitige Verwendung ist nicht zulässig!
1.2 Elektrische Sicherheit
Eine elektrische Gefährdung ist nicht vorhanden.
1.3 Gefahr durch Druckluft
Gefahr durch Druckluft bei pneumatisch betriebenen
Armaturen! Stellen Sie vor Arbeiten an der Armatur
die Druckluftversorgung ab und entlüften Sie die
Druckluftleitungen.
1.4 Rückwirkungen auf den Prozess
Bevor eine aktive Einrichtung außer Betrieb gesetzt
wird, sind die Rückwirkungen auf den Gesamtprozess
zu berücksichtigen! Dies gilt insbesondere bei Verwen-
dung der Schaltkontakte, der analogen Signalausgän-
ge oder der Kommunikationsschnittstelle des zugehö-
rigen Messgerätes zur Regelung von Prozessgrößen.
1.5 Ausbau oder Öffnen von Armaturen
Wenn im Laufe von Wartung oder Instandsetzung
eine Armatur ausgebaut und geöffnet wird, achten Sie
bitte zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit auf Prozessdruck,
Prozesstemperatur sowie Aggressivität oder Toxizität
des Mediums. Unterbrechen Sie vor Beginn der Service-
maßnahmen den Prozess. Entleeren und reinigen Sie
die Armatur nach Ausbau aus dem Prozess.
1.6 Persönliche Sicherheit
Beachten Sie bei Servicearbeiten an der Armatur die in
Ihrem Land gültigen Arbeitsvorschriften.
Beachten Sie beim Hantieren mit Chemikalien die
Warnhinweise der Sicherheitsdatenblätter.
Tragen Sie Schutzkleidung, Schutzhandschuhe und
Schutzbrille beim Hantieren mit Reagenzien, Chemi-
kalien oder Prozesslösungen.
Bei Augen- oder Hautkontakt spülen Sie die betroffe-
ne Stelle reichlich mit Wasser ab und suchen Sie an-
schliessend einen Arzt auf. Zeigen Sie dem Arzt das
betreffende Sicherheitsdatenblatt.
Gesundheitsgefährdung durch Lösemittel!
Verwenden Sie keine halogenhaltigen organischen
Lösemittel und kein Aceton. Diese Lösemittel könnten
Kunststoffteile der Armatur zerstören.

1. General notes
Please pay attention to the following warnings for your
own safety! Please pay also attention to the operating
Instructions of your Cleanfit assembly CPA871 and the
repair and maintenance manual (see chapter 1.7)!
1.1 How to use
The parts of these service kits are only to be used as
retrofit or spare parts for Cleanfit process assemblies
CPA871. Any other use is not allowed!
1.2 Electric safety
Any danger of electrical shock is not present.
1.3 Danger by compressed air
Danger by compressed air at pneumatical operated
assemblies! Interrupt the compressed air supply
before working on the assembly and exhaust the
compressed air supply lines.
1.4 Feedback on the process
Consider the feedback to your process before shutting
down an active installation! Observe your process if it
is controlled with help of the belonging measuring
instrument via switching contacts, via analog signal
outputs or via communication interface.
1.5 Removal or opening of assemblies
For your own safety pay attention to process pressure,
process temperature as well as to aggressiveness or
toxicity of the media, if in the course of maintenance
or service measures an assembly must be removed
and opened. Interrupt the process before the service
measures are started. Drain and clean the assembly
after removal from the process.
1.6 Personal safety
At service work on the assembly pay attention to your
country specific standard operating procedures.
Please observe the warnings on the safety data sheets
when working with chemicals. Wear protective cloth-
ing, protective gloves and protective goggles when
working with reagents, chemicals or process solutions.
Wash the affected area with plenty of water and
afterwards consult a doctor if a liquid comes into
contact with your eyes or skin. Show the relevant
safety data sheet to the doctor.
Health risk at working with solvents!
Do not use organic solvents containing halogen
and no acetone. These solvents could destroy plastic
components on the assembly.
