1.3 Checking the appliance

After removing the appliance from the packaging, check its integrity. If any anomalies or damages
are found, do not connect the appliance to the power supply. Contact the dealer who sold it to you,
for information on the correct procedure to follow.

2. General information and features

The appliance has been manufactured in accordance with all current regulations. However, the ap-
pliance may be source of risks if it is used incorrectly or in a manner non-compliant with its intended
use. It is necessary to be fully aware of the contents of this handbook in order to avoid hazards and
errors, and at the same time it allows the appliance to be used safely and reliably.

2.1 Intended use

The fry tops are solely and exclusively intended for cooking and/or heating food products. All food
must be put on the fry top directly over the cooking surface.
The fry top are designed for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY. These fry top are intended
for use in restaurants, bars, food shops, etc.
The appliance only operates fully safely when it is used according to its intended use.

2.2 Improper and incorrect use

Use of the appliance for purposes which differ from its intended use is forbidden, and will be con-
sidered an improper and incorrect use, not compliant with its intended use.
No claims may be made towards the manufacturer and/or its representatives for damages arising
as a result of use of the appliance which does not comply with the intended use. The user is solely
responsible for damages arising during use of the appliance which does not comply with the in-
tended use.
Any use of the appliance other than its intended use is absolutely prohibited, as is any tampering.

It is forbidden to use the appliance if you are not authorized and adequately trained operators;









It is forbidden to use the appliance outdoors;

It is forbidden to use the appliance on moving vehicles such as campers, trucks equipped for
street food, etc.
