Function

Application range
The enclosures are used for building motor control units, control boxes and terminal
boxes. They are suitable for installation of measuring instruments and customer-specific
control systems.
Mode of operation
For direct cable entry into the enclosure, flameproof cable entries or threaded holes
for conduit connection can be applied. For indirect cable entry, connection chamber
enclosures with type of protection Increased safety "e" - e.g. Series 8146 and 8150 -
are used.
