REMOVAL
Install the special tool on the cylinder head.
Hand tighten screws along the arrows.
Attention!
Don't support yourself on the plate of the
removal tool! Impermissible lateral forces
can thereby develop on the injectors!
Screw in completely the removal thread (3).
Removal thread is a left-hand thread.
Insert screw collars (4) and screw them on the
receptacles for
injectors.
Then tighten the screws along the arrows to 5
Nm.
Set torque wrench (B) to 13 Nm releasing to
right.
Turn torque wrench clockwise until the injector
is removed.
Remove all injectors individually.
Attention!
If the torque wrench disconnects when
removing the injector, the
injector must be replaced.
