5. CONTROLS
The extractor fan speed can be adjusted us-
ing the pull-out glass visor.
When the glass visor is in position (A), the
light turns on. When the adjuster reaches
position (B), the hood motor starts at low
speed, then the speed increases gradually
as the panel is pulled out.
The hood (lights and extraction motor) can
be operated by opening and closing the pull-
out drawer.
Open the drawer (position A) to turn on the
lights.
Open the drawer further to operate the motor
at the lowest speed, which increases when
the drawer is opened further (position B).
The intensive speed (position C) is activated
at full stroke and runs for 5 minutes, after
which the hood operates at the fi rst speed
below the intensive one.
Note: if the hood does not work, make sure
that it is ON by using the ON/OFF button.
The button is inside the hood and can be
reached by removing the grease fi lter.
Use the high suction speed in cases
of concentrated kitchen vapours. It is
recommended that the cooker hood suction
is switched on for 5 minutes prior to cooking
and to leave in operation during cooking
and for another 15 minutes approximately
after terminating cooking.
