Compressed air not switched on.

Rinse times too short.
Rinsing chamber blocked.
LED defective / device working
normally.
Hold relay defective.
Connections for the transmitter
are loose or incorrectly connec-
ted.
Housing is in measuring posi-
tion.
Rinse button defective.
Water valve defective.
No water flow.
The rinse interval from the trans-
mitter is not recognized by the
device.
The valve is not receiving any
power.

Remedy
Switch on compressed air.
Increase pressure (see specifi-
cations).
Clean valve.
Check hoses for leaks, bends or
any kinks.
Increase air pressure
(see specifications).
Check connections and hoses
for leaks.
Increase the flow.
Shorten the interval on the trans-
mitter.
Increase rinse times.
Remove and clean the housing.
No effect on functionality.
Contact specialist.
Check connections and if
necessary re-install.
Rinsing in measuring position
not possible.
Check cable. Contact supplier.
Clean water valve or replace if
necessary.
Check the lead to the EasyCle-
an 150.
Check the cabling with reference
to the circuit diagram.
Check the power supply.
