Problem
The display of the clean water
tank is not correct.
The suction power is
decreasing.
The clean water tank is
leaking.
No water comes out when
spraying.
The voice control does not
work.
The unit does not work in self-
cleaning mode.
Possible cause
Not calibrated.
The HEPA filter is blocked
The HEPA filter is wet.
The clean water quantity is
higher than the shut-off valve.
The clean water tank is not
properly installed.
The cover is not properly
screwed on.
The clean water tank is empty.
The clean water tank is not
properly installed.
The voice function is switched
off.
The model does not feature
voice control.
The dirty water tank is full.
Too little water.
Solution
Remove the dirty water tank,
start cleaning and spraying,
switch off the cleaner until
the pipe is empty. Then press
the "Switch" button and the
"ECO/MAX" button for
5 seconds until the screen
flashes twice, then check
again.
Check and clean the HEPA
filter.
First dry the HEPA filter.
Pour out water until the volume
is below the shut-off valve.
Insert the water tank properly.
Screw the cover on tightly.
Fill up the clean water tank
Insert the water tank properly.
Activate the voice function.
