3.1 Einbau Art. 1372
-
Bohren Sie am Einbauort ein Loch von 2 mm Durchmesser
zur Durchführung der Kabel.
-
Entfernen Sie vorsichtig die Klebereste des zur Befestigung
in der Verpackung verwendeten Klebepads.
-
Nehmen Sie das neue Klebepad aus der Verpackung und
entfernen Sie auf einer Seite die Schutzfolie.
-
Kleben Sie das Pad unter die Telefonzelle.
-
Führen Sie die Anschlusskabel durch das zuvor gebohrte
Loch unter die Anlage.
-
Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie von der zweiten Seite des
Klebepads ab.
-
Telefonzelle an gewünschter Stelle aufsetzen und leicht
andrücken.
3.2 Einbau Art. 1373
-
Bohren Sie am Einbauort ein Loch von 2 mm Durchmesser
zur Durchführung der Kabel.
3.2.1 Einbau mit Steckfuß
-
Bohren Sie in die Wand, an der die Telefonzelle montiert
werden soll, im Abstand von 18 mm zum Boden ein Loch
mit einem Durchmesser von 3,5 mm.

Drücken Sie den Steckfuß vorsichtig in das gebohrte Loch bis
er einrastet. Falls der Steckfuß nicht genügend Halt findet,
schieben Sie den Haltering von hinten auf den Steckfuß.
3.2.2 Einbau mit Klebepad

Ziehen Sie vorsichtig den Steckfuß von dem Modell ab.
-
Nehmen Sie das neue Klebepad aus der Verpackung und
entfernen Sie auf einer Seite die Schutzfolie.
-
Kleben Sie das Pad auf die Rückseite der Telefonzelle.
-
Führen Sie die Anschlusskabel durch das zuvor gebohrte Loch
unter die Anlage.
-
Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie von der zweiten Seite des Klebepads
ab.
-
Telefonzelle an gewünschter Stelle aufsetzen und leicht
andrücken.
4. Anschluss
Vorsicht:
Widerstand und Diode an den Enden der Anschlussdrähte
sind für die Funktion erforderlich. Keinesfalls entfernen (Abb.
1)! Widerstände nicht mit Isolationsmaterial umhüllen, da
sonst keine ausreichende Kühlung möglich ist!
Lassen Sie beim Anschließen der Kabel unterhalb des LED-Mo-
dells eine Schleife von ca. 2 – 3 cm Länge, damit Sie die Leuchte
bei evtl. Arbeiten aus der Montagebohrung ziehen und umlegen
können.
Schließen Sie das LED-Modell an den Lichtausgang eines Mo-
dellbahntransformators (z. B. Art. 5200) an (Abb. 1 oder Abb. 2).
Gleichspannung: Verbinden Sie die Diode (rotes Bauteil mit
schwarzer Markierung) mit dem Plus-Pol des Netzteils, den
Widerstand mit dem Minus-Pol.
Wechselspannung: Bei Betrieb mit Wechselspannung kann
es zu leichtem Flackern kommen. Daher empfehlen wir den
Betrieb mit dem Viessmann-Powermodul, Art. 5215 (Abb. 2).
Ein Powermodul ist ausreichend für ca. 100 LED-Leuchten oder
-Strahler. Verbinden Sie die Diode des Anschlusskabels mit der
braunen Ausgangsbuchse (+), den Widerstand mit der roten
Ausgangsbuchse (-) des Powermoduls.
5. Gewährleistung
Jeder Artikel wurde vor Auslieferung auf volle Funktionalität
geprüft. Der Gewährleistungszeitraum beträgt 2 Jahre ab
Kaufdatum. Tritt in dieser Zeit ein Fehler auf und Sie finden die
Fehlerursache nicht, nehmen Sie bitte Kontakt mit uns auf (ser-
vice@viessmann-modell.com). Senden Sie uns den Artikel zur
Kontrolle bzw. Reparatur bitte erst nach Rücksprache zu. Wird
nach Überprüfung des Artikels ein Herstell- oder Materialfehler
festgestellt, wird er kostenlos instandgesetzt oder ausgetauscht.
Von der Gewährleistung und Haftung ausgeschlossen sind
Beschädigungen des Artikels sowie Folgeschäden, die durch
unsachgemäße Behandlung, Nichtbeachten der Bedienungsan-
leitung, nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch, eigenmächtigen
Eingriff, bauliche Veränderungen, Gewalteinwirkung, Überhitzung
u. ä. verursacht werden.

1. Important information
Please read this manual completely and attentively before using
the product for the first time. Keep this manual. It is part of the
product.
1.1 Safety instructions
Caution:
Risk of injury!
Due to the detailed reproduction of the original and the inten-
ded use, this product can have peaks, edges and breakable
parts. Tools are required for installation.
Electrical hazard!
Never put the connecting wires into a power socket! Regularly
examine the transformer for damage. In case of any damage,
do not use the transformer.
Make sure that the power supply is switched off when you
mount the device and connect the cables!
Only use VDE/EN tested special model train transformers
for the power supply!
The power sources must be protected to avoid the risk of
burning cables.
1.2 Using the product for its correct purpose
This product is intended:

For installation in model train layouts and dioramas.
- For connection to an authorized model train transformer
(e. g. item 5200).

For operation in dry rooms only.
Using the product for any other purpose is not approved and is
considered inappropriate. The manufacturer is not responsible
for any damage resulting from the improper use of this product.
1.3 Checking the package contents
Check the contents of the package for completeness:

2. Introduction
This LED model uses SMD LEDs to produce light matching
the lamp model. Low heat build-up and power input. Nearly
unlimited lifetime of the LEDs, so no more change is required.
3. Mounting
-
Remove the telephone box carefully from the package.
-
Check the function of the LED lighting before mounting.
3.1 Mounting item 1372
-
Drill a hole with a diameter of 2 mm at the mounting place
for carrying out the cables.
-
Carefully remove the adhesive residue of the adhesive pads
used for fixing in the packaging.
- Take the new adhesive pad out of the packaging and
remove the protective film on one side.
-
Fix the adhesive pad under the telephone box.
- Slide the connection cables through the previously
drilled hole.
- Remove the protection film on the second side of the
adhesive pad.
-
Put the telephone box at the desired place and press gently.
3.2 Mounting item 1373
-
Drill a hole with a diameter of 2 mm at the mounting place
for carrying out the cables.
3.2.1 Mounting with base socket
-
Drill a hole with a diameter of 3.5 mm into the wall where
the telephone box should be fixed. Distance to the floor
should be 18 mm.
- Press the base socket gently into the drilled hole
until it clicks. In case the base does not sit firmly in the hole, slide
the holding ring onto the base from below.
3.2.2 Mounting with adhesive pad
-
Carefully remove the base socket from the model.
-
Take the new adhesive pad out of the packaging and
remove the protective film on one side.
-
Fix the adhesive pad at the back of the telephone box.
-
Slide the connection cables through the previously drilled
hole.
-
Remove the protection film on the second side of the adhesive
pad.
-
Put the telephone box at the desired place and press gently.
4. Connection
Caution:
Resistor and diode at the cables are needed for proper
function of the LED model. Never cut them off! Never cover
resistor or diode with insulation material, because they have
to be cooled by surrounding air!
